# Audio & Visual Ads

**Audio Ads**
Streaming services frequently employ audio ads because they provide a unique opportunity for advertisers to combine precise audience targeting with the emotional impact of sound, delivering powerful messages that resonate with listeners on a personal level. Zeno uses audio ads to help broadcasters monetize their audio streams through programmatic advertising. We can insert pre-roll ads (played before the stream begins) or mid-roll ads (played during the stream).

**Visual Ads**
Visual ads utilize elements like colors, fonts, composition, and humor to create a compelling message. At Zeno, visual ads are typically available on mobile apps developed by Zeno in the form of display or video ads. Additionally, they may sometimes appear across the Zeno.fm website.
