Cancellations and Refunds (Summary)

Plan Changes: Features and pricing are subject to change with a minimum of 90 days' notice to current users.
Subscription Terms: Payments are due upfront, and automatic renewals occur each month or year unless canceled.
Payment Methods: Debit and credit card payments are processed via Stripe with automatic billing.
Subscription Duration: Subscriptions renew monthly or annually unless canceled 7 days before the renewal date. Annual plans include two complimentary months.
Non-Refundable: All subscriptions are non-refundable.
Cancellation: You can cancel up to 7 days before renewal via platform chat or email at support@zenomedia.com.
Cooling-Off Period: You have 7 days after purchase to request a full refund.
