# How to set up BUTT

### **Set Up BUTT to Stream to Your Zeno.fm Station**
**Create Your Zeno Account** *(if you don’t have one yet)*
Before setting up BUTT, you need a Zeno account to connect your station.

**1. Open BUTT and Access Settings**
* Launch BUTT and go to the main window.
* Click **“Settings”**

**2. Add Your Server Info**
* Click **“ADD”** under the Server section.
* Open your station’s **Dashboard** on [tools.zeno.fm](https://tools.zeno.fm) → **Broadcast Settings** to find your station details.
* Select **IceCast** as the server type.
* For **Name**, enter anything you like (e.g., "My Station").
* In **Address**, enter the IP from the Host of your Broadcast link.
* Fill in **Port**, **Password**, and **Mountpoint** from your Zeno.fm Broadcast settings. Make sure to **add a “/” before the mountpoint** (e.g., "/mystation").
* Click **ADD** and select the server you just added.

**3. Set Up the Audio**
* In **Audio Settings**, select:
* **Channel:** Stereo
* **Codec:** MP3
* **Bitrate:** 128k (good quality streaming)
* Click **Save**.

**4. Start Streaming**
* Go back to the main BUTT window.
* Press the **Play** button to start streaming audio to your station!
