Setting Up Podcast Automation with AI
Step 1: Access the Podcast section
From the main dashboard, go to the left sidebar and click Podcast.

If you already have the tool activated, click the New Podcast button to create a new podcast.

Step 2: Choose your AI-powered podcast type
When you start a new podcast, you'll see two options: Classic Podcast and AI Podcast Processing.
Pick AI Podcast Processing to take advantage of AI automation features

Step 3: Set up your podcast's basic info
Fill out all the general podcast details from scratch, starting with your cover art.
To upload your cover, click Upload Image and select your podcast image. Make sure it meets the minimum and maximum size and file requirements shown on screen

Next, enter your podcast's title, like The Best Podcast.

Paste or type your podcast description in the appropriate field.

Add the author's name in the author name field.
Enter your podcast's contact email, for example: thebestpodcast@gmail.com

Step 4: Set category, language, website, and explicit content
Pick the categories that best fit your podcast.
For example, you could choose the News and Politics category or any others that match your topic

Select the podcast's language (like English) in the language field.

If your podcast has a website, add it—something like: thebestpodcast.com .

If your podcast contains explicit content, turn on the corresponding option to mark it as explicit. If it doesn't, just leave that option off.

Step 5: Set up the Recording Schedule (broadcast schedule)
In the Recording Schedule section, start by entering the Stream URL you'll use for live broadcasts.

Next, set how often your podcast airs: choose Weekly or Monthly. If you pick Weekly, you can select which days of the week you'll broadcast.

If you pick Weekly, you can select which days of the week you'll broadcast.

For instance, if you only go live on Sundays, select just Sunday.

If you broadcast Sundays and Tuesdays, select both days.

If you air every day, select all available days.

This tells the tool your show goes out daily, so it can extract your podcast episodes based on those broadcasts.

If you want a monthly frequency instead, switch to Monthly.

Pick which days of the month you’ll broadcast, like the 6th or both the 6th and 11th of each month.

In this example, we’ll switch back to Weekly to set up a weekly schedule.

Set your start time (for example, 1:00 PM) and the duration (for example, 30 minutes). Select the right Time Zone, like New York.

Step 6: Turn on and set up automatic intros and outros
Enable the intro and outro detection feature so AI can automatically find where your show starts and ends within your stream.

This is handy if your show doesn't start exactly at the scheduled time or runs long—AI will use your intro and outro files to grab the right audio segment.
If you want to use this, upload your show's intro and outro files.
If your schedule is super precise and you don't need automatic detection, you can skip uploading these files.

Step 7: Set up Auto Processing Presets
In the Auto Processing Presets section, you can automate your audio processing.
To automatically remove background music or transition sounds for cleaner audio, turn on that option.

If you want the AI to automatically generate each episode's metadata (like titles and summaries), enable this as well.

If your live broadcast doesn’t include intros or outros, you can add them here so the final podcast has them. Upload your intro and outro using the Click to Upload option.
Step 8: Set up Interview Extraction Preset
In the Interview Extraction Preset section, you can have the AI automatically extract interview segments from your stream and turn them into separate podcast episodes.
Turn this option on.

Enter the Interview Podcast Name, for example: The Best Interview.

Set the approximate duration for each interview, like 10 minutes for the segment.

The AI will recognize interviews in the stream—like when a guest is introduced—and trim the segment to the set duration.

Step 9: Manage ads and create the podcast
In the ad controls section, you can choose how to handle ads in your recording.
You can completely remove ads from the recording. If there are commercial breaks, enabling this will delete them automatically.

Or, you can choose to insert programmatic ads to generate extra revenue.

When you enable ad insertion, you'll have four frequency options. The most common is the custom setting, where you can decide how many ad breaks to add or how often to place ads, along with other frequency options.

Once you’ve finished and double-checked all your settings, click Create to finish.
