Why is my account suspended?

Your account may be suspended if there is no active subscription linked to it. This can happen for a few reasons:


  • If you canceled your subscription or if the payment failed, your access to Zeno services is paused until a new plan is selected.
  • For new users who signed up after January 2025, Zeno accounts now come with a 7-day trial. Once the trial ends, a paid plan is required to continue using the platform. If no plan is selected, the account will be suspended.
  • For legacy users (those who signed up before January 2025), your account may still be under the old free plan. However, if you upgraded and then canceled or did not renew your subscription, your legacy free access no longer applies, and the account becomes suspended.



To restore your access, simply visit the Plans page and subscribe to the plan that best fits your needs. If you need help choosing, we’re happy to assist!
