How Does the Custom Radio App Subscription Work?
Broadcasters have two options to access Zeno’s Custom Radio App service. You can either subscribe to one of our STARTER or PRIME plans and add the Custom App as an add-on, or choose the PREMIER plan where the Custom App is already included
To get started with the Custom App add-on, here are the requirements:
Developer Accounts: You must create your own developer accounts on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Access: Once your accounts are set up, you’ll need to grant Zeno access to facilitate the app upload process.
Upon subscribing, our support team will provide a form where you'll be asked to submit necessary details, including:
Creatives: App icon/logo (512 x 512), poster/cover (720 x 270), splash screen (1242 x 2208)
Preferred App Name and Station Name
Store Description, Language
Slogans, Keywords, Social Media Links, and RSS feed for News
Show Schedules or Podcast RSS feed
Additionally, the App Stores may require certain documentation to verify the ownership of the brand. For example, a document proving that the AppStore account owner has rights to the content in the app. This documentation must come from a government authority or a reputable source of business registration.
For detailed information, refer to the guidelines:
Apple App Store
Google Play Store
For app takeovers (if you're transferring the app to Zeno’s management):
Android: key_alias, store_password, key_password, keystore file
iOS: Development and distribution certificates
This ensures a smooth process for setting up your Custom Radio App, providing you with a fully personalized app experience for your listeners.
